Verified ReviewerOkay, I understand. Here's a draft of a review based on your experience, focusing on the Telegram scam: "I was recently targeted by a scammer on Telegram impersonating Trust Wallet.
Okay, I understand. You want me to reconstruct the scenario where scammers impersonated Trust Wallet and tried to deceive you.
Here's a breakdown of what likely happened, and a draft you can use to report them:
Reconstructed Scenario:
"I was contacted by individuals falsely claiming to represent Trust Wallet. They presented themselves as an official support or rewards team. They informed me that Trust Wallet was 'serving money' or offering a special promotional opportunity. This involved them requesting my sensitive information, such as my recovery phrase (seed phrase), private keys, or login credentials.
They may have also asked me to send cryptocurrency to a specific address under the guise of 'verification' or 'activation.' They used various tactics to appear legitimate, possibly including fake websites, social media accounts, or emails that mimicked the official Trust Wallet branding. I realized this was a scam when they pressured me for my sensitive data, which Trust Wallet would never request."
Report Draft for Trust Wallet Center:
Subject: Report of Impersonation and Scam Attempt
Dear Trust Wallet Support,
I am writing to report a serious incident involving individuals impersonating Trust Wallet and attempting to scam me. I was contacted by [mention how you were contacted: e.g., via email, Telegram, social media, etc.] by individuals claiming to represent Trust Wallet.
They informed me that Trust Wallet was [describe the scam: e.g., 'serving money,' offering a special promotion, requiring verification, etc.]. They then requested my [mention what information they requested: e.g., recovery phrase, private keys, login credentials, or asked me to send cryptocurrency to an address.].
They used [mention any methods they used to appear legitimate: e.g., fake website, fake social media profile, using the Trust Wallet logo, etc.].
I believe this was a scam because Trust Wallet would never request my sensitive information or ask me to send cryptocurrency for promotions or verification. I am concerned that these individuals are actively targeting Trust Wallet users and potentially compromising their funds.
Here is the information I have regarding the scammers: * Method of Contact: [e.g., Email, Telegram, Social Media, etc.] * Contact Information: [e.g., Email address, Telegram username, Social media profile link, etc.] * Website/Link: [if applicable, provide the link] * Cryptocurrency Address (if applicable): [Provide the address they gave you] * Description of the Scam: [they told me to send them money and also give screenshot..] * Any additional details: [any screenshots, chat logs, or other evidence]
I urge Trust Wallet to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to protect its users. I am available to provide any further information you may require.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Nankanwanji ruth

Trust Wallet offers a powerful tool for managing your digital assets. Verified Reviewer |Fraud
I have a wallet address and had been sending bitcoin. The last 2 transactions totaling $755 were fraudulent. He took my money and deleted our conversation. While I realize I will not recover all my funds of the past 18 months, I would like to report the person and the wallet to you.
Benjamin Warren. Wallet is: 1FGHtruAMGaivEbtxCtYoq6fRLFcz9sunb.
He is a romance scammer who finally showed his true colors and is wanting another $190.
Is there anything that can be done to stop him?
He demands that I borrow the money.
This is a romance scam.
I have sent numerous payments to him over the past 18 months of the relationship. I am 65 and live on a very modest retirement.

Verified Reviewer |Unlocking Payments
I made my unlocking payment of 2750. I was working with an agent on chat line.
She told me she saw the payment and it would take up to 7 hours to unlock. The wallet wasn't unlocked...and no communication. I finally reached out again, and was told because of the size of my wallet, I had to submit another 1440. So, I scrambled and submitted the 1440.
Still not unlocked! Now, I keep providing proof of both payments on the helpline, and they are claiming to only see the 1440. The helpline suggested just submitting another 2750 as if I have another 2750 readily available and I have no fears that they will lose that payment too!! I have sent and resent my electronic receipts over and over.
I am desperate and don't know what to do now? If someone could help me I am happy to forward my receipts for the payments to try and resolve the issue and FINALLY after two weeks of arguing, I can have access to my wallet.

Verified Reviewer |App is not working
For 3 days I have tried to transfer bitcoin to another wallet. I have un-installed the app and reinstalled it.
I keep getting a screen that says, ' unable to parse TLS packet header'. I have turned off my phone and restarted it. I can't get it to do anything.
My money is tied up in this and I can't even use it. I am very disappointed.

I would never ever go down the Trust Wallet route. Terrible company with ZERO support and they clearly just don't care but want your money which I beleive THEY STEAL
2 days ago I downloaded the TW mobile app. I use it in addition to 2 other wallets as I wanted a decentralized wallet.
All downloaded well, including the node extension. I had some trouble with the node installation as it kept giving me the 'can't connect' message, so I contacted support, and within a few minutes, they responded advising it had, in fact, connected and the problem was due to traffic, so all good to go. I transferred my XRP and USDT, and it was received fine.
However, 30 minutes later, I wanted to check and saw it was all gone. Be very careful, and there's been no help from them as yet.
- I also lost a load of crypto refunded
- No response even tho it says 24hr service
Preferred solution: Full refund

Unlocking Nightmare
I have been attempting to unlock my "Premium " TrustWallet account since February. I have submitted my 2750 plus my unlocking code and three months in a row TrustWallet places the funds in my account versus unlocking my account.
Every time I speak with TrustWallet they apologize for their error, but tell me since my account is locked, I have to pay another 2750 to access my funds!! 2750X3= 8250!!

Verified ReviewerActivation / view only
This company cannot be serious in locking accounts without permission. I transferred XRP from coinbase to trust wallet now I have no access.
My passkey no longer works,I can't even activate the wallet but yet I can deposit 1M into the account. I emailed and they said they can't respond because of overwhelming service tickets.
Who gives a *** if you have all these tickets it's because of your *** app locking people out and making their account view only. I don't want to view i need transactions worst mistake of my life.
- Money and cryptos with this company
- You will lose account access
- I should have stayed with coinbase
Preferred solution: Access to my XRP wallet for transfer
User's recommendation: Run Run Run do not deposit or transfer anything to trust wallet
